Standard fork

Our high-quality technical requirements for finished forks:

1. The surface of the fork and the weld shall not have any cracks and desoldering phenomenon, and the surface shall not be overburned or folded;

2. The fork weld must be flat, without slag inclusion, missed welding or virtual welding;

3. Remove sharp burrs and oxide scales from the surface of the fork;

4. Heat treatment quenching and tempering hardness: HB262-385, pairing fork hardness error ≤ HB30;

5. The main material of the fork is 33MnCrTiB, which conforms to international standards;

6. The fork shall not crack and deform after passing the 3 times static load test;

7. The fork positioning and locking device is flexible and reliable in operation, the material is blue/white galvanized, and there is no rust in the 48-hour salt spray test;

8.1-7T standard fork can be paired arbitrarily below 1.52 meters in length;

9. Pairing fork plane deviation ≤ 3mm, working face straightness deviation ≤ 3mm, back height deviation ≤ 2mm,

10. Plane distortion deviation ≤ 3mm, inner and outer eight-character deviation ≤ 10mm/m;

11. The rest are not specified to meet the GB/5182 standard.
